The goal of the Neenah Girls Basketball Club is to provide an enjoyable, enriching, and challenging experience for the young women who participate in the program.  As a program, we want to stress the values of teamwork, intelligent play, hard work, and the enjoyment of the game of basketball.

All levels of the program are needed to accomplish this goal.  As a program, we must work together and support each other to provide a valuable experience for the young women who participate in the Neenah Girls Basketball Club.

Our philosophy of the Neenah Girls Basketball Club is to provide the young ladies who participate in the program with as many opportunities as possible, while still fielding the most competitive teams.  As a youth and middle school program, player,  personal and team development should be emphasized before winning and losing!
